Plank & Hide hereby warrants that its billiards tables will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the table is owned by the original owner. Unless expressly stated otherwise herein, this Warranty Agreement ("Warranty") is made to the original Buyer only and is not transferable.
